When using: Immediately after placing on fire, the temperature will be high. Please be cautious of burns, and if necessary to touch during use, we recommend wearing leather gloves. Due to stainless steel's properties, it may deform under heat. It is advised to let it naturally cool after use. Rapid cooling with water can cause deformation and quench the stainless steel depending on the temperature. When using heavy pots like a Dutch oven, try to avoid moving it as much as possible during cooking. Do not move the cooking grate while cookware is on it. *Use only as a cooking or grill grate. Weld marks may be present, but this does not affect functionality. Please be aware of this before purchase.
